Did I come up with that new hotness?

Welcome to the almost finished redesign of brandonmorrison.com. It’s only almost finished because I switched my webhost, and my old server space disappears in a few days.

But don’t worry, everything will sort itself out in a few days, and everything will be settled down.

Check out some of the new hotness that is this portfolio site…

• For starters, the portfolio itself has been completely pimped out with a sweet navigation and some scripting hotness. You can now, if you so choose, rate individual pieces on the portfolio on a karma system, much much like the blog posts here. Just click on the plus/minus karma buttons on the left-hand side of the piece to register your vote. Let’s see how long it takes me to finish this section…
• I dropped the old-unfinished Links section for a new unfinished section, Flash. This will feature some flash projects I’ve done, along with a game or two to boot.
• The blog itself received a facelift, but is still undergoing a few tweaks. (Thanks to the crew at Serendipity for the updated spam blockers, and Carl for the sweet new default blog design, which I’m in the middle of mutalating for my own nefarious purposes.)
• I’m well on my way to having this whole site validate!
• As mentioned earlier, I dropped my unfinished links section because I never bothered to build out a seperate page for them. I’m going to incorporate a baby-blogroll here on the blog page, but besides that, don’t expect to see that section to ever rear it’s ugly head here again…

So roam around, and let me know what you think? I’ve already gotten a “creepy, but in a good way,” so it won’t get much worse…
