After going back and checking the Liveperson site again, they do offer human chat. That being said, it was still pretty unhelpful. I did happen to be logged in at the time, but I couldn't find out the info I was looking for. I'm not against chalking it up to me being tired, upset, and not able to explain what I was looking for, but I think they should be more helpful. BofA Chat Guru, you’re right.
